Wigdor LLP Receives a Band 1 Ranking From Chambers and Partners For Third Year in a Row

Wigdor LLP has been a consistent leader in fighting for victims who have been unlawfully discriminated, harassed, sexually assaulted, and/or retaliated.  The Firm has handled some of the most closely watched cases in these important areas well before #MeToo including its representation in 2011 of the Maid in her groundbreaking sexual assault case against prominent French politician Dominique Strauss-Kahn.  Since then, the Firm has made headlines in countless cases including representing eight of the victims of alleged sexual abuse by Harvey Weinstein, over 20 victims of sexual harassment and discrimination at Fox News, and most recently the groundbreaking race discrimination case against the NFL on behalf of Brian Flores, Steve Wilks, and Ray Horton.

In 2023, Wigdor LLP has made headlines for its cases on behalf of a doctor alleging retaliation, a world-renowned female squash pro fired for protesting sexual harassment and a lawsuit against a prominent University alleging sexual assault, gender discrimination and retaliation.  The Firm frequently takes cases against household names and refuses to back down in the face of significant resources and power.
