The Alexander Brothers Sexual Assault Claims: Updates

On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, Alon, Oren and Tal Alexander were indicted for their engagement in criminal sex trafficking offenses that involve allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting multiple women over a period covering more than a decade.

Sexual assault allegations against the Alexander brothers have been publicized throughout the year, including from survivors represented by our firm.  In June 2024, Wigdor filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of Angelica Parker, alleging Alon and Tal Alexander raped her while Oren Alexander watched the assaults after having facilitated it in the first place.

At the time of the filing, Michael J. Willemin, Partner at Wigdor LLP and lead counsel in the Parker case issued the following statement:

“This lawsuit is intended to send a message that the law applies even to the very wealthy and well connected, including the Alexanders.  We applaud Angelica’s bravery in coming forward, as we have no doubt that the Alexanders will amass an army of PR reps and private investigators to launch a victim shaming campaign.”

More detail on the case and full complaint may be found here.

As Wigdor represents several women with sexual assault claims against the Alexander brothers, we released the following statement after the Alexander brothers were arrested:

“We are glad to hear that there will finally be some measure of accountability for the Alexander brothers and justice for their many victims.  We applaud all the survivors who have had the strength and courage to speak up about their unimaginable experiences after years of pain and suffering.”
