The New York Times reported that Wigdor LLP reached a settlement agreement with 21st Century Fox on behalf of multiple plaintiffs in race and gender discrimination lawsuits against Fox News.
A gender discrimination and unequal pay lawsuit filed by Wigdor LLP against Point72 Asset Management was lauded by The New York Times as “among the most prominent to accuse a major Wall Street firm of workplace misconduct amid a national reckoning on sexual harassment.”
Uber eliminated its mandatory arbitration policy for individual claims of sexual harassment and assault in response to an Open Letter signed by 14 Wigdor LLP clients who were victimized by Uber drivers.
An LGBT+ discrimination lawsuit filed by Wigdor LLP against Vistaprint received global media attention. The resolution of the case included charitable donations to gay rights organizations.

Wigdor LLP filed a sexual harassment lawsuit on behalf of the victim against Dentons, the world’s largest law firm.
