On Monday August 14th, 2023, Leon Black filed his third retaliatory complaint against Wigdor LLP that includes a section entitled “Wigdor’s History of Questionable Ethics.”
We find it entertaining that Quinn Emanual partner Mike Carlinsky would sign such a complaint on Black’s behalf when we have a trove of emails from Carlinsky asking Wigdor for personal favors, referring close friends and family friends to Wigdor for counsel, asking for legal assistance from Wigdor, and, not surprisingly given the above, calling Wigdor the “best employment lawyer.”
