On December 20, 2007, Wigdor LLP won a $1.2 million dollar verdict after a two-week jury trial in Manhattan Federal Court in Nurse v. Concepts in Staffing, Inc.
At trial, Wigdor LLP represented a Black Controller of a company who was repeatedly called a “Black Bitch” in the workplace and who was also groped, disrespected and degraded by the owner of the company.
